Q. What should I expect?

iF YOU BOOK A FULL DAY WITH PAUL, you can expect that Paul will take time for any media interviews you arrange for him, then take time for his afternoon practice session, plus a 60-minute optional but informative workshop session if you desire, and finally the full 60-minute trick shot show, with time for autographs after the show.  You may also request a show teaser.

On the financial side . . . . 

For company parties and corporate events:

Company Parties.  There are several professional agents handling Paul Gerni’s personal appearances and shows for most of his corporate appearances (in USA and in Europe).  They normally set his appearance fee at $7,500 + all expenses for travel, hotel, meals. Your specified date will be honored if it is available and approved with Mr. Gerni.  Just go to the links page and choose an agent, or contact Paul directly through the Book-A-Show page.  You may get the fee reduced to only $6,000 if Paul has other shows in the area.

Trade shows?  Four-day trade shows pay normally only $3,000 per day, plus the expenses.  Does your show run longer, or have fewer days?  Just call Paul to discuss that.

Performance commercials, using Paul Gerni's personal endorsement and speaking and/or shooting a trick shot, are set at only  $7,500 USD only, plus the expenses for all travel, hotel, and meals. 

Name & Face Ads & Commercials.  If the proposed commercial is one that will be using only Mr. Gerni's face and name, the fee is only $5,000 USD, plus any incurred expenses, unless residuals are negotiated. 

Radio commercials are all set at $3,000 USD + all expenses for each 30-second spot..

For Colleges, Military Bases, Billiard Dealers & Pool Rooms:  

You can SAVE on the normal fee!!!  But you will need to contact Paul Gerni directly through the "Book A Show" page:

1. Colleges.  OK -- If you are in this group, and are able to take a calendar date when Paul Gerni is traveling in your area, the fee can be reduced if you ask for and can get an en route date, and travel costs may be greatly reduced or eliminated. Usually these number look like $3600 for an isolated date, plus expenses, then for a block of three college shows in the same area the fee for each drops to only $3,000 per show plus expenses.  If there is a block of five or more schools, you may call Paul to get an improved price.
   
2. Military Bases & Billiiard Rooms:  If you are a billiard room, and you use or sell the quality billiard products endorsed by Paul Gerni, you may inquire of the company, or contact Paul Gerni personally at (913) 522 3674, about a reduced price for an appearance. You’ll be able to sell more products when Paul is there, and you’ll get his show at just a fraction of the normal fee (usually only 1/3 of the normal appearance fee).  You want numbers?  OK. Try only $2500 for the first day in a location, plus expenses.  If you'd like to include a second day or a third day in the same location, you only add $1,000 for each additional day.  Please note, this is for billiard rooms or billiard retail stores which carry products which Paul endorses.
   
3. All:  You may be able to include a company sponsorship or a local media sponsorship, or you may also consider splitting costs with other sources or places.
   
4. College Residency Program:  Arrange appearances with Paul for several consecutive days, and include daily workshops, shows, a master class program, etc., reducing the daily cost.
